Haverford College offers three medical plan options for you to choose from. All three medical plans offer comprehensive coverage for you and your family. In addition, you pay $0 for in-network preventive care such as annual checkups, cancer screenings, vaccinations, and more.

About the Health Savings Account (HSA)
If you enroll in the HDHP, you will have access to an HSA. This account provides tax advantages and can be used to pay for qualified health care expenses such as your deductible, coinsurance, prescriptions, dental and vision costs. Any unused funds will roll over from year to year.

The University will contribute to your HSA! $700 for Employee Only coverage and $1,400 for Employee + Dependent coverage

HSA Annual Contributions and Limits
​There are IRS contribution limits every year for HSAs – inclusive of the University’s contribution.
